STOP WAR

A war will go on for a few days But life will cry for many years War will invite a dark shade of silence The villages & cities will burn with silence These broken bridges will be over the rivers The earth will be wounded and disturbed These farms will be destroyed with bombs These empty roads will be seen fearful The whole atmosphere will be in sorrow These burning houses and the black smoke will only remain To you and me, both of us The whole atmosphere will be filled with gunpowder The wind will spread the smell of death There will be helplessness spread on the wounds Diseases will roam in the streets Kids will die in our hands The mothers will cry in the nights The whole colony will be filled with dead bodies To you and me, both of us Till when the python of hate will sit in our mind Why instead of friendship Do we sow hostility Come let's make a promise That there won't be any war And we'll wait for that day When our country will bloom When

Nepotism and its Bad impacts

You are capable to do that work well but you don’t get the chance, do you know, why? Answer is simply because you are not linked with that company or organization. Other person will get the chance because they are liked with that organization. Your competence for that work will go in vein. We can say this "Nepotism" that is effected by "Aafantwad" or in local language we can say it as "Sifaris" in stead of competence. Nepotism is defined as individuals showing favoritism to the family members and friends by providing them with jobs or giving them promotions based on their relationships, not competence. In either case, it causes a lot of resentment and muttered comments among workers, particularly those who have been at the job for a long time without much vertical movement toward a better position. Great crowds are seen in colleges about grades. But in the real world, it's about experience, balls and drive. Because once you get past the first job, no one is ever going to ask you about your intelligence or What matters in the real world is your ability to adapt, innovate and get along. Real life is about how well you can challenge your way through it, and that's not something taught in a classroom. The greatest thinkers, leaders and entrepreneurs are such men to defy the rules and take risks. However, their “failures' were not a factor of intelligence, but an inability to be weighed down by grades and superficial markings. Bill Gate

Federalism in Nepal

Nepal is practicing federalism in the midst of fear, mistrust, and dubious mindsets of political elites without a clear vision of its future. Fully autonomous federalism cannot be achieved unless strong trust between political elites and citizens is created. For this purpose, constructive, open and broad dialogue at different levels is necessary. The dialogue should not be focused on whether Nepal needs federalism, but rather on how to make the new governance structure pro-people with respective roles played by the political leaders, elected leaders, citizens, and international community. At the end of the day, the future of federalism is determined by the effective and efficient delivery of services, civic space, citizens’ accessibility in governance processes, and the governing style of the elected leaders and their accountability towards citizens. Furthermore, the relationship between elected leaders and government officials, and a clear division of power and responsibilities betwe
